We needed a roof repair and replacement to rectify leaks. Croydon maintenance did the work in quick time including arranging for a scaffolding. the work was excellent and kept us informed of the progress. their response for our queries were quick. Would reuse them and would recommend them too.
Very efficient but pricey
The company responded very quickly to the enquiry. They arrived promptly and the two men on site were efficient. The job became more complicated than first anticipated. But they worked logically to deremine the problem. However, I agreed a price for the extra work with head office. In reality however the job did not in my view justify the price.

A great service provided and at short notice, work was done the day after the inspection. Had my guttering replaced with an expert and professional service. They completed the work in no time and everything was left clean and all waste removed.

Admittedly I only got one quote but the job was urgent as rear fence of house was open to the housing estate behind. Terry here within the hour and I filmed him assessing the job, describing what they would do, time frame and price & the 5-year guarantee. I emailed him the video to show his team. 5 men arrived next day, cut down dead 14′ tree, strimming & tidied garden – and built fence. But didn’t renew the concrete posts as quoted! reduced fee by £150. At £2250 this was still STEEP. Job done by 3pm same day. Then it was 4 yr guarantee. Shld have taken time for better design/materials

Terry and his team came to do some roofing repairs for us last week and they were great. Turned up on time. Removed an overgrown hedge about 25 yards long very efficiently as well as a delapidated fence. Installed a brand new fence with concrete pillars and fencing panels. Our flat roof was leaking and it was time for a new main roof, a new flat roof on our extension and our patio relaid. Terry had completed some work for us before and he was our go to person. Side fence and gate
The fence and gate are very similar to the gate I wanted. Different opening latch and there is no hook to hold gate back which is what I discussed. The alignment of gate to close is closer at top than bottom but one man to do the job in 4.5 hours was extremely good. A very pleasant man who is part of the family with a diverse range of skills. I would call them again. Saw Terry Thursday last week job done today Tuesday.

I had a collapsing low garden wall with a fence and posts attached. Terry arrived at said time, he gave a reasonable quote. The guys overcame difficult obstacles, they installed new posts, gravel boards and fence panels and removed all rubbish and left the site neat and tidy. I couldn’t have asked for more. After a bad experience with another roofer, these guys came and sorted everything out. They carried out the work amazingly fast and professionally, I couldn’t believe how quickly they started and got it done. They were really kind, talked me through everything along the way and when more work was needed they got on it straight away and don’t charge me extra which was a massive bonus and relief. They respond quickly to any messages, and didn’t try to sell me on any extra unnecessary work. I’m so happy with everything and will be recommending them to anyone!

Had a few issues with the quality of the work I tried several times to get the problem fixed didn’t go anywhere Terry comes across as a decent person but doesn’t go anywhere far enough to get the problems fixed, still waiting for them to come and sort it out but they don’t even pick up the phone.
